SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

All orders are shipped by www.eliterenewablesolutions.co.za on behalf of the customer at the customer’s instruction.

  • Delivery of orders will take between 5 – 7 working days.
  • Orders are exclusively shipped with The Courier Guy courier service at this stage.
  • eliterenewablesolutions.co does not ship internationally and is only shipped within the borders of South Africa.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered during checkout to ensure the package reaches its intended destination.
  • All orders are shipped by www.eliterenewablesolutions.co and are exclusive of insurance – unless the optional Insurance charge is selected during checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain insurance for the shipment, if not taking our optional insurance for shipping.
  • Optional Insurance is offered as an add-on service to your clients but at an extra charge.
  • An order will be considered completed by www.eliterenewablesolutions.co.za once it has left our premises via the shipping company or collected by the customer.
  • eliterenewablesolutions.co.za will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may be incurred during transit, or via theft, looting, hijacking, fire, mishandling, negligence, acts of God, or any other cause that is out of our control [force majeure] all subject to our insurance policy cover when optional insurance is selected.
  • Solar Panels will not be shipped via courier due to product sensitivity and size. Any mishandling of the product will lead to it failing. Each solar panel is tested and inspected for any visible damages before it leaves our premises.
  • The customer may send their own courier to collect solar panels. The order needs to be placed as “PICK UP / COLLECTION” order and the courier needs to come close to the specific time to ensure we are able to help.

Collections

  • The customer books a collection time during the checkout process. See picture below.
    • Select Pick-up
    • Select Date
    • Select Time
    • You are all set!
  • Customers who just show up for collection will NOT be assisted. Once the “Ready for Collection” status update email is received, the customer will have 3 working days to collect the package.
  • Pay on Collection – INSTANT EFT ONLY – NO CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR COLLECTION/PICKUP,

Pay on collection is only valid with a VALID order number. Please give this order number to security. Only a driver will be allowed to collect the items. No passengers are allowed with the driver. 

ONLY INSTANT EFT PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ON “Pay on Collection”.

FUNDS NEED TO CLEAR BEFORE STOCK LEAVES.

We can only assist 1 customer at a time. Please use your allocated collection time when collecting, as you will only be assisted in your allocated collection timeslot.
